Larry Gould

Larry is a transportation planner with over 45 years of experience in public transit planning and operations. He joined Nelson\Nygaard after more than three decades with MTA New York City Transit.

Larry served as the Senior Director, Operations Analysis in the Operations Planning division of MTA New York City Transit where he was responsible for short-term service planning for bus and rail including delay management strategies, planning for capital projects and maintenance, emergencies, and special events. 

At Nelson\Nygaard, Larry informs the Transit practice for both bus and rail, at scales from campus shuttles to Regional rail.  Larry is also on the national Board of Directors of CNU, and their Executive Committee.
